My computer is a Dell 3300 i think or a 3000, it has 3 pci slots and i was wondering is there anyway of buying apg or pic-e slots at all?

Because i want a better graphics card than the one ive got???

Although it would be nice...there is no way you can make/add in slots. What you have on your Motherboard is what you got.

WHat graphics card are you currently using?

If you have a dell 3000, they only have pci slots. No readily available way to install a agp or pci-e card. You can however get a pci card. This is the current best available.

If using a pci video card, it's best to have few or no other pci cards(especially sound cards), as they take bandwidth from the video card if installed.
It should be decent jump over the integrated graphics in the 3000.

Thanks for the info also thanks 4 telling me about that new PCI geforce card i have FX 5200 nvdia geforce PCI and its good enough but just thinking about getting a slightly better one.

Also is it possible just to buy an hard drive (the big thing which holds on the chips and everything) or motherboard thing the main operating thingy, anyways is it possible to buy one of those but with nothing inside it but with different slots???

and then have all the equipment inside my dell 3000 put into the new motherbord???

I'm not exactly sure what you're saying. You probably can add a hard drive(if your case has room for a second hard drive), which stores the information on your pc, like this.

I think you're asking if you can install a different motherboard, but keep all the other parts to get an agp slot. If that's what you're asking, yes, you can install a new motherboard, it must be a micro atx board though to fit in the case. I've done this with my dell 2300(predecessor to the 3000). I put in a gigabyte 8IG1000mk board.

You will probably want/need to reinstall windows(backup everything, as everything will be erased) if you replace the board though, and when I did this, I couldn't complete the "activate windows" process, since the system had changed. One call to microsoft resolved this however.
