i just got new comp.. installed xp and sp2.. this is the error detail.. need some help guys.. thanks

Hello and welcome to Techspot.
Go HERE and follow the instructions for testing your ram, and running a disk check. If after doing that, you`re computer is still crashing. Zip 5 or 6 minidumps together and post them here. You can find instructions for this in the above thread. Regards Howard
