bugcode_usb_driver

OK, I've been having this problem with my computer for a couple of days now. What happened first was my computer would start up, then I'd get this error message saying that my system had just recovered from a serious error and asked me whether or not to send an error report. If I sent one, the computer would restart before the error report got sent. If I didn't send an error report, the computer would shut down anyway. Before the computer shuts down, I get my spy sweeper pop-up saying something about keeping a new program kernel or something, which I found was some kind of dump. I dont know what this is or what it means. Anyway, when I tried to turn on my computer today, I got the blue screen and it said bougcode_usb_driver. What does this mean and how can I fix this? I appreciate any help that anyone can offer. Thanks!!!
