PC Game Quits Unexpectedly !

Hi Guys

For some reason my pc game quits unexpectedly now i dont know why its quitting , any feedback would be appreciated ,
my os xp ram 383 , nvidia fx geforce 5200 its been running ok before .

That would definately depend on the type of game you are running, many new ones these days need patching up, also be sure to check system requirements. lack of system memory can cause the game to crash and return to windows as i have experienced.

the game is cricket 2005 and it meets the required spec as given the manual .

have you got all the latest drivers and the latest direct x version?

yep all upto date my friend , also i checked my power scheme options and my monitor turn off was set at 20 mins ? , ive set it to never not if this will help

if you go into the game folder and look around you could probably find a log file with some errors in it... thats what i would do..

however the monitor thing wouldn't do anythin. its just that after 20mins of not doing anything the monitor turns off...

I still think it is your drivers for your game, or you system doesn't meet the requirements... have a look for the log file...

Game Spec = Cpu 700 ,Ram 128 ,Hardrive 1.2 gig,
My Spec = Cpu 1 gig intel lll processor,Ram 390 , nvidia geforce fx 5200

cant seem to find log ?

hmm...Here are the minimum system requirements required to play EA Cricket 2005

Minimum:
700 MHz Intel Pentium III or equivalent
128 MB of RAM (256 MB for Windows 2000 and Windows XP)
DirectX 9.0c compatible 3D accelerated 32 MB video card or equivalent
331 MB free HDD space
32X Speed CD-ROM/DVD-ROM
DirectX 9.0c compatible sound card
Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher
MS-compatible mouse
Keyboard
Required Operating Systems:Windows 98 SE, Windows ME, Windows 2000, or Windows XP
Note that Windows 95 and Windows NT 4.0 are not supported.
Required SoftwareirectX 9.0c or higher

I have all the requirements my friend , sound is intel intergrated audio
