PC Game Quits Unexpectedly !
Hi Guys
For some reason my pc game quits unexpectedly now i dont know why its quitting , any feedback would be appreciated , my os xp ram 383 , nvidia fx geforce 5200 its been running ok before . yours ii-toe-ii Last edited by ii-toe-ii; 11-12-2005 at 11:40 AM. Reason: more info |

That would definately depend on the type of game you are running, many new ones these days need patching up, also be sure to check system requirements. lack of system memory can cause the game to crash and return to windows as i have experienced. |

the game is cricket 2005 and it meets the required spec as given the manual .

have you got all the latest drivers and the latest direct x version?

if you go into the game folder and look around you could probably find a log file with some errors in it... thats what i would do..
however the monitor thing wouldn't do anythin. its just that after 20mins of not doing anything the monitor turns off... I still think it is your drivers for your game, or you system doesn't meet the requirements... have a look for the log file... |
