MSN Remote Assisstance problem
When my girlfriend invites me for Remote Assisstance , and when it connects , i it comes "Remote Assisstance disconnected. Please try again later"...my girlfriend uses Windows firewall, i use Norton Firewall....even when i disable it, it doesnt work, nor when she does..... she also triedputting the port no,. but stll no avail!! any help wud be appreciated

verify that the Remote Desktop Help is Automatically started on both matchines
