Battlefield 1942 data3.cab?

Battlefield 1942 data3.cab?

I bought battlefield 1942 recently and when im installing it askes me for the second disc and which file path to install the data3.cab into. Which file path do i install it with. I run Windows XP.

Not sure I am understanding, so sorry if this isn't useful...

You start with CD1 right? and the installation process begins. At some point it will ask you for CD2. All you have to do is eject CD1, and swap it for CD2 in your drive.

Sometimes you have to press "ok" but this is all you should have to do.

I don't have that particular game, but it doesn't make sense that it is asking you were to install the cab file... something is odd.
