recording flash

not sure if this is the right spot for this or not, if not feel free to move it! but there is a site that plays a song on its flash player, is there anyway for me to download that song from that flash player onto my computer?

ok i think its actually java im trying to get here... at this site:

i want to try to save the music that plays... anyone know how i can do it? (if you click the albums on the left hand side it plays)
