I recently bought an Ipod video, and after installing iTunes from the CD I discovered a problem. The installation seemed to go fine, and I restarted my computer and everything, but I cannot open iTunes, when I click on it, I get the loading symbol and then the licensing agreement pops up, where you would normally click "I agree" and proceed to the actual iTunes, but it only pops up for a second, and then closes. This is the same with Quicktime. I've tried disabling Norton and updating the definitions(although i'm not sure I did that latter right).

I checked apple.com and all the FAQ's but none seem to be exactly the problem I am having.
I would love any suggestions.
