CS:S FPS Porblem

Well, I know there are many topics about this but I don't think any would be the same, Im not sure if the problem is that this computers just not ment for games...but it is still very powerfull so I'd give it a shot. Im running Windows XP-professional 60GB-HDD 512MB-DDR2 (intel graphics accelerator 900) is that my problem?
I usually get fps of about 10 not just on aztec and not just in smoke

Yes, that integrated chip is your problem. Try upgrading to an actual video card .

Css Is A Very Cpu Intensive Game. I Could Play 1024 X 768 Decent Quality Settings And Still Get 40+fps When Using An X300!!!!!!!! But I Have A Decent Cpu Which Makes Up For The Grafix Card.
