help overcloching 3700+ san diego

ok i am a newbie at overclocking but i thought it would b cool to see if i could squeeze a little more out of my cpu....i have a dfi lanparty nf4 mobo....amd64 3700+ san diego....1 GB dual channel OCZ platinum revision (SP).....all stock

if any of you could offer some advise on what i could push my cpu to safely without buying a new cooler i would b very greatful

10% without extra cooling. Core clock up to 220MHz.

try to raise your htt 5 in 5 steps. try to let the memory run aways less than 220Mhz if you want make things simple.

But there are a lot of "step by step - how to" teaching how to oveclock anything in your motherboard.

You can try this,
relax the CAS from CAS2 to CAS3
You should be able to run at speeds of ddr500
Yet, you should research that
