Thats because there is no need for DDR2 when using an athlon board. Stick with PC3200 DDR 400. You can get some good RAM with good timings from manufacturers like OCZ, Corsair, and Crucial. I have a couple of 1 gig OCZ Platinum RAM(2-3-2-5) They run quite nice with my X2.
