Upgrade suggestions

I'm mostly doing this for fun, but I've found that sometimes people come up with some really interesting (and good) ideas.

Here are my specs:

Athlon 64 3000+
MSI K8N Neo 4 mobo
1 gb corsair valuselect ram
400W Powmax Power Supply
EVGA 6600LE video card
HP multimedia keyboard
Logitech optical mouse
Powmax Demon 2 case

What would be the best upgrades in the following categories:
0 - $100
$100 - $200
$200 - $300
$300 - $400
$400 - $$$$$$$$

I must agree with MetalX on the $0-$300 categories. However, I think the best option in the $300-$400 range is a 19" LCD monitor (1280x1024 resolution). This is, of course, assuming you don't already have an LCD monitor.

I forgot about the monitor. It's a 15" HP M50.
