System specs
Watercooling is best, but also expensive and only useful for overclockers.

The ATI Silencer 5 (Rev. 2) claims to be compatible with all versions of the x800 card and can be found at http://www.arctic-cooling.com/vga2.php?idx=61

I don't know any us site where you can buy it, but try googling it and you should find at least a few us sites selling them.
