quick cs question

Anyone know the exact command to allocate the amount of ram for cs in the target: line? i believe its -zonex, so would it be "-zone512 ?" or "-zonex512", just wondering thanks. Oh by the way, i have 512 mb ddram, and 1400 mhz athlon, tell me what a good number is for that. Thanks
