Unable to delete downloaded programme

I am trying to remove registry cleaner but keep getting error message invalid INSTALL.LOGFILE message What should i do?

When uninstalling a program you should first try the uninstaller that came with it,if that isn`t possible,use the add/remove option in the control panel,if that isn`t possible,delete the program folder.If you need a good,free reg cleaner- http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=2048

try reinstalling the program (which will reinstall the "uninstall" file as well), then as Peddant said, remove it through the add/remove programs control panel
