CHKDSK run automatically every time XP starts?

My hard disk was partitioned into C D and E, all NTFS. For whatever reason, CHKDSK is run on drive D every time XP starts. There was no error found. How can I fix this?

boot into SAFE mode and then run CHKDSK D: /F

This will fix it.

run command chkntfs /x d:
Your D drive is NTFS
