S swker98 Posts: 1,054 +0 Jan 22, 2006 #2 First of all get rid of norton anti virus and firewall, there bloat ware get avg and zone alarm insted go here then go here fix the following O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winupdates] C:\Program Files\winupdates\winupdates.exe /auto Fix unless its your isp O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{3A837915-DE1C-4C93-BF0A-95363A995F26}: NameServer = 194.74.65.68 194.72.0.114 YOU MAY BE INFECTED WITH THE W32.Alcra.B worm get your pc scaned here
