BIOS Tweaking?
Probably the most comprehensive BIOS guide on the net, I use it whenever there is something I need to know. Check it out and then comment on your thoughts.

Yeah I was meaning to post this up today. It' where I'd go were I ever unsure about some BIOS setting in my motherboard anyway.
