Outlook 2003 Printing question (EASY!)

Hi guys! I know this must be a stupid question but on my old laptop with Outlook 2003 I could do this, and on my new laptop with Outlook 2003 I can't.

When I click on "NEW EMAIL" and start composing, I was able to write in an email address and subject and body, then print it before I sent it out. The print out contained the email (to and from) along with the subject. Now on the new PC when I do this, it only shows the body.

Is there something I am doing wrong???? Help guys! :hotbounce

Does your new mail form look the same or different from your old laptop.

Your old laptop might be using Word as the email editor. On your new laptop do this and check

Tools > options > Mail Format Tab > See if the checkbox is there taht says Use WORD 2003 to edit email messages. Once you do that then you will also have more options when you print.

Please tell us if it works +D
