M mossimoboy Posts: 120 +0 Feb 1, 2006 #2 CPU's arent all about the ghz. It's mostly its instructions, (sse, 3dnow, etc.) the FSB, (Front Side Bus) and the L1 and L2 cache. but I would imagine that a cpu of that speed would be pretty slow, since semprons suck.

JMMD Posts: 840 +7 Feb 2, 2006 #4 I'm no expert in Semprons or Celerons but it would probably be close to something like this one: Intel Celeron D 326 Prescott 533MHz FSB LGA 775 EM64T 64 bit Support: Yes Cooling Device: Heatsink and Fan Hyper-Threading Support: No L1 Cache: 12KB+16KB L2 Cache: 256KB Multimedia Instruction: MMX, SSE, SSE2, SSE3 Operating Frequency: 2.53GHz Process Type: 90 nm Series: Celeron D Voltage: 1.25-1.4V
