Equivalent of s754 Sempron 2600+

I have a question : what would a sempron 2600 1.6 ghz with 64 bit instruction (x86 -64) 754 socket be comparing with intel in terms of ghz!
 
CPU's arent all about the ghz.

It's mostly its instructions, (sse, 3dnow, etc.)
the FSB, (Front Side Bus)
and the L1 and L2 cache.

but I would imagine that a cpu of that speed would be pretty slow,
since semprons suck.
