Something is wrong at Creative!

I am not absolutely certain I should say this in public, cuz I know it'll screw it up, BUT: some kind of virus has crept into the online tech support department at Creative Technologies! I know this- because I recently bought an X Fi card to test against my Audigy 2ZS.

Naturally, there have been a couple of config/driver issues, so I used their "contact us" email support, as I had tried to do many times over the year+ that I had the Audigy. Brace yourselves! Brace me, for that matter.

In the last three days, I have sent three email requests for support. I HAVE RECEIVED THREE non-automated responses, and ALL THREE directly addressed the problems I had enumerated!! I have checked my pulse, respiration, etc., and there are no outward signs of blunt-force trauma to my skull.

Just- please- nobody pinch me!
