BSOD help, apparently driver problems

lately, more and more, my computer has been crashing on BSOD's, and it keeps giving me the STOP message. It says that there may be something wrong with a driver in my computer. the following codes:

0x00000044
0xFF465008
0x00001BBE (could be 0x0000IBBE)

have been showing up. I performed the driver verifier check and it turns out the driver ndis.sys is the only one that will cause my computer to load improperly after the required restart. Help would be appreciated very much

Thank you

Hello and welcome to Techspot.

Go HERE and follow the instructions.

If that doesn`t help. Zip 5 or 6 of your latest minidumps together, and attach them here.
