What do 3 fans means?
I always heard 3 fans for my system... wat do they actually mean?? 3 fan fixed to the cpu or its a different fan dat is plug some where?
Ps... i am a newbie on this and i need to make my system be cool the inexpesiveway (on a very tight budget).. currently my pc boots at an idle temp of 55*C |

You may be able to put a fan at the rear of the case and posibly another at the front, for cooling your harware.

I know you are on a budget but if you are looking to cool with fans there is actually a case that would do the job. http://www.jeantech.com/apollo.htm is the place, it can hold up to 7 fans, and it is quite cheap. I got mine for about £60 and also has temperature information on the case. Just an idea
 Worth a look if you are thinking of changing your case.
