I am using Window XP and Norton 2005 as my virus protector... Everytime I do a fully scan its will find 200-300 infected files (dialer), the problem is it still come back after i've deleting them... what shall I do

Boot into safe mode, and turn off system restore.
End the process in task manager if there. Run the scan, and delete anything it finds.
See if that helps.
