NTLDR is missing

The problem I am encountering when I turn the computer is while the computer is booting up I get this massage NTLDR is missing press CTL+ALT+DEL to restart. I do that then the second time before the massage is up I press the F9 to boot , when the massage boot from menu comes up I hit the boot from Cd , nest massage is press any key to boot from Cd which I do ,
Set up starts and the set loads all the files but once it states starting windows, the system shuts down and a warning noise? Is coming from the speaker!
The noise stops once I take the power cord out
can some one help?.
:knock: :knock:

Well I'd suggest boot from the cd and enter the Repair console. Type fixboot. This is the problem with NTDLR missing, but it seems you can't boot from CD either. Try removing and reseating your RAM. Clean contacts with an eraser first.
