A friend of mine has a program that came with his video card that can play video files in transparent mode. You can see half way through the video and half way to the screen below... it basically allows you to have full screen video while you do other things... all you have to do is focus on the pattern of the movie and you see that... or focus on the pattern of the webpages and you see that. It works really well.


Anyway, I've been having a terrible time finding anything like this.


Does anyone know of any software commercial, shareware, or freeware that does this? It's worth money to me... so I'm happy to buy the software... but I don't want to buy his video card for the feature.
