Pc Spec - Worth it??

Hi All, hope i'm ok to post this here, couldn't really find a specific forum for it..

basicly i'm after a new Pc as i'm getting fed up with the ongoing problems with my machine.. BSOD.. freazing.. restarting.. list goes on, and i cant seem to figure out the problem..

so i have been looking to replace it and this is what i have come up with for the spec..

CPU - INTEL® PENTIUM® 4 650 (64 BIT) @ 3.4GHZ 800mhz FSB/HTT/2MB
Memory - 2048 MB DDR2-533 PC4200 WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY! (2x1GB)
Motherboard - HIGH END ASUS®: DUAL DDR2, S-ATA, x16 slot, 3 PCI, etc
USB - SIX USB 2.0 PORTS (4 REAR + 2 FRONT)
Hard Drive - SATA 80 GB HARD DISK @ 7200rpm 8mb cache
CD/DVD Writer - NONE
Graphics Card - 512MB GEFORCE 6600 PCI Express + DVI + TV-OUT
Sound Card - SoundBlaster Audigy 4 7.1 24-bit Player
Modem - NONE, I WILL BE USING BROADBAND
Network - 10/100/1000 NETWORK CARD FOR BROADBAND
Floppy/Card - INTERNAL 7 IN 1 CARD READER WITH 1.44MB FLOPPY DISK DRIVE
Case - Black Neon Bubble case + front USB & front Lights
Power & Cooling - 500W (Peak) Silent Dual Rail PSU + 120mm fan & quiet CPU Cooler
O/S - MICROSOFT® WINDOWS® XP PRO X64 (64 bit) (inc. CD & licence)
Monitor - NONE
Keyboard - NONE
Mouse - NONE

the low spec stuff and where i have said none, these will be replaced be my own current spec items (eg, HDD = Maxtor One Touch 3 Diablo 1TB, Monitor = Sony 23" LCD, Wireless Mouse / Keyboard (Microsoft Optical).. it is just a base model..

what sort of pricing do you think it is worth?? i have been quoted £850-£925 GBP, does this sound about right??
if not can anyone reccommend anyware cheeper (UK or Int'nal with cheep shipping to UK)

Thanks All

System specs
ensure the memory is fully compatible with the motherboard, in other words, RTFM.

also few programs can use windows 64. drivers for a 64 bit envirnoment are still few and far between.

modems still have their use. I use mine as a fax only.
glad to see you have a floppy - that's smart thinking.

get a second hard drive as insurance to back up to.
