System specs
Since all Fallout are Windows games, a DOS emulator would be rather useless.

System specs
Compatibility mode might be necessary at most, but I doubt you'll need DosBox for it.

yea whats the latest fallout? i have only heard of 1,2 and 3. Anymore after that>?
