Outlook XP - Colors in table disappear for some people and for others not...

Hi,

An user send to others an email containing a table wich has colors in it for easy reference.
Now the problem is that some users see the colors and some don't (see also attachment)!

Has anyone an idea why this error occures

Thanks, will check the format of the messages.
btw forgot to mention that both use Outlook XP with the same SP / updates
