Socket 7 FIC PA-2002 motherboard replacement

Can anyone please advice;
Is there an ATX motherboard that can replace a socket 7 FIC PA-2002 motherboard and fit well in the same box.

Thanks but I am not looking for socket 7 FIC PA-2002 motherboard. What I am looking is for an ATX motherboard that can replace a socket 7 FIC PA-2002 motherboard and fit well in the same box.

I want to buy another motherboard (ATX form factor) and use my old box.

Yes, a ATX mobo will fit in a old ATX case. You will need everything new, other than the drives. And you will need fans, atleast one blowing in on the front or side and one blowing out in the back or top.

OK. I get it now. You're wanting to fit an ATX MoBo into an AT form factor case.

What case is this?

First thing I can think of is you'll have problem with the I/O port.
The keyboards were large Din plugs not ps2. You'll need an ATX PSU too,
Which may not fit the case without modding, the hardest part will be getting
the pci/agp slot to line up with rear of case.

It can be done but may require some real modding, maybe even cutting the back out of an ATX case?!
I tried it with a tall server style AT case, if I'd had a spot welder
I would've been able to do it.
