Shutdown Problems with Moffice

I recently installed a Dynex keyboard and software. After installation, I started experiencing the following messages when trying to logoff or shutdown:
End Program - Moffice
Program not responding
end now or cancel

Any ideas what I can do to resolve this? I talked to Dynex and they told me to call Microsoft. Microsoft has not responded to my emails. This is not affecting anything except the shutdown process, but it is annoying. Any help would be appreciated.

Dave

This is from Real Blackstuff - http://www.techspot.com/vb/all/windo...gging-off.html

"MOffice is a driver/program for multimedia or cordless keyboards with hotkeys for audio, browser, whatever.

Installing the latest version from the keyboard manufacturer site should fix it.
Try e.g. Micro Innovations http://www.mic-innovations.com/mi/di...m?id=Keyboards

Try going into msconfig startup tab and unchecking everything except AV and firewall, then restart.

Also from here - http://www.pcbanter.net/t392245.html

"I found it. Turns out it was related to HP's digital imaging crap that runs at Startup. Got rid of the Startup items and it's fine now. Why it would've been called MOffice, I have no idea..."

Sounds a bit unlikely, but you never know...

Never forget the power of GOOGLE.Here`s a sneak preview of what you might find there -

Start/Run/Type : "msconfig" without the quotes/OK/startup tab
