Any one ever heard of this? My daughters Zen will arbitrarily decide NOT to show the files loaded on the device. MMJB reflects the fact that half of the 30GB is occupied, but it claims that there are no files in it. The same happens when you open the device with Windows Explorer. Anyone have any knowledge about this? Thanks a lot! Bill
