Installed ntune and ethernet stopped working

i have asus K8N-E (nforce3 250) mobo. I installed ntune and ethernet crashed. i looked driver properities there writes "this device cannot started(code:10)" and I uninstalled ntune and nothing changed,,,,,,

i reinstalled nforce3 drivers nothing again... :( i reinstall windows and while i m installing nforce drivers the same message appeared again["this device cannot started(code:10)"] ...

there is a exclamation mark on ethernet adapter... and is not working :( .... please help
 
When you say you installed ntune do you mean you ran the application? Installing it makes no difference as its a tune up program and should not affect the ethernet connection. You may have a hardware fault.
