Intel Audio Studio uses 100% CPU

When I switch on the PC and play any video or audio the CPU shows 100% usage in the taskmanager. I have installed Intel Audio Studio from the motherboard CD.

When I power off the intel audio studio then only the stereo speakers works.

Please help me in solving this problem so that I can use the 5.1 speakers without
getting my CPU to 100% usage.

My Systems Spec has been updated in my profile.
