problem with adware.trustinbar

Hi, I accidentally downloaded adware.trustinbar and cannot remove it. I tried Norton Antivirus, Ad-Aware SE and housecall.antivirus.com but nothing helped.
Please, give me an advice. Here is my HijackThis logfile.

check that it's not in a winzip file or anything
if it is then programs can't get rid of it sometimes
delete the zip file and you're fine

I think it is not a zip file. Norton detected loader2.exe in C:\WINDOWS\Downloaded Program Files, but is not able to remove it.

Go HERE and follow all the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log, only after doing the above.
