Trouble installing software because of DirectX...
So, I'm trying to install Vegas 4.0 on my computer. When I run the installer, it runs into an error saying that Vegas 4.0 requires at least DirectX 8.0, BUT my system is showing that I'm running Direct X 9.0c...so, I can't install the software...What seems to be the problem here? What am I missing? I did my best to download all the latest DirectX versions, nothing seems to work. Help me out boys!
