Cant boot... keep getting error 127 on my ibm thinkpad 600

Everytime i boot up my laptop, i get an error 127. it automatically goes to the test screen. when i test my systemboard, it stops and makes 3 beeps. it reads: dev 001, err 42, fru 1110. Anybody knows what that means?
 
sorry...i'm new to this and i dont know exactly where to ask my question..
