Problem with my drivers

Hello, I recently installed a game called "Soldier of fortune" and I get this error

I have done a lot of google searching and some people say it could be my OpenGL or Video drivers.. So I updated my DirectX driver and it is 9.0 here is my system info:

Does any one know the problem..?

Like many games this one has its share of patches. Did you download and install them yet? Maybe they will help.
