everytime i need help with anything like a game diagnostic a window comes up like this "windows cannot open help and support because a system service is not running" this has been here a long time.
Click start then run, type in services.msc, scroll down to help and support, right click on it and select properties, in the startup type box select automatic. You may need to reboot for the change to take effect.
