Windows has publicly released the Office 2007 Beta 2, and can be downloaded at http://www.microsoft.com/office/preview/default.mspx
It expires Feb 1st 2007.

Windows Vista Beta 2 Public release should be on the 27th, or so I have heard.

but you need a product key which you can only get if you sign up for the beta.

Just get the new public beta, as linked to in the above post. I beleive this link your dont need to be in their beta program. Not sure though, as every account I have is in some way in the beta program.
