I USED THE PROGRAM EVEREST AND my pc runs 24 hours etc with a ac on is those good temps for my pc?

nothing that you should be concerned about...

what kind of power supply are you using? using a quality unit of sufficient wattage will do the trick.

motherboard sensors are relatively inaccurate when compared to the capabilities of a standard multimeter, so voltage readings aren't usually dead-on accurate.

Are those your temps at full load, or just idle?

Does your motherboard have a chipset fan? Mobo temp may or may not be a little toasty, but as said above, nothing to worry about, especially if those are temps at load.

Have you sprayed out and dust cleaned your mobo lately?

those temps are when im on my pc etc and dont for get my pc runs 24 hours. it has fan on mobo 4 on chasis

Just having your PC on = idle temps
Using your PC with CPU intensive software (gaming for example) = load temps.

So the temps above are idle temps it seems. All your temps look really good. The only one that stands out is your motherboard temp. Again, nothing urgent, but it does seem a little on the high end. Try a can of pressurized air and blow out some dust.

ahh, the supply you mentioned isn't of high quality, but if the system runs fine you have nothing to be concerned about.
