Tedster, 52 is very young... but there is a sudden leap from 52 to 72, and you will wonder where the heck the time went, if you are sitting at the computer... Your body knows what you haven't yet figgered out... It is all downhill from here. Sitting in front of a computer screen is not exercise when only your fingers are moving...
