Hi guys. My friend wants to order an item from newegg but i'm not sure if they deliver to the UAE. He also wants to know if he can pay cash on arrival or something like that coz he has a problem with credit cards but if there's no way to pay cash, he will pay by credit card. He needs a 128MB PCI video card, a Geforce 6200 series that is out of stock ATM on the site but its gonna be in stock on the 16th of this month. Could u help me & him out here? I'm afraid they won't deliver to the UAE. Only to U.S. addresses and Puerto Rico. The only exception would be if your friend has an APO/FPO address.

Thanks for the clarification. What would an APO/FPO address and how would one be eligible for that.

APO and FPO is Army Post Office and Fleet Post Office respectively. To be eligible to use them, you'd have to be a member of the U.S. armed forces.
