TS download ratings don't work
I get "Error: 1046 No Database Selected" when I try to rate downloadable utilities if I'm not logged in,
"Error: 1146 Table 'techspotvb.esselbach_st_filevotes' doesn't exist" when I am.

i hadd the same problem...but it went away after a wile.
