What would be the ultimate mod?

Hi, all

First, thank you Howard and all who provide the amazing resource that TechSpot is.

I'm here to ask for help with my version of The Ultimate Mod: I want to give my PC a body.

You may be familiar with the Evolution ER1 robot kit (http://evolution.com) that is just that. I have one (a pal for my Roomba), and yes it is very cool, even with a 3-hour battery and fairly basic intelligence. It's too bad they're not making them anymore.

It's time we took the next step: A truly useful robot with a PC brain, at least 8 hours of battery life, and intelligence way beyond mere stimulus-response.

To me, the ultimate mod would be a bod.

If we don't do it, nobody's going to. Care to help?
