What are the best Bf2 settings based on my system specs?

Yeah I play Battlefield 2 a lot and I was wondering if my settings should be as low as they are.
In game I play at 800x600 60hz with all settings on low.

My system specs are as follows:
2.1ghz Amd Athlon 2800+
512mb RAM
BFG GeForce 6200 OC 256mb

what is your motherboard model and do you know what brand and how many sticks of ram you currently have on the machine? and what country are you from?

Depending on what you're able to get, and if you can run it in dual channel then a stick of 512mb shouldnt be that expensive (assuming you have 1 stick of 512mb already)
