SuSE and Partioning.
Okay i have my copy of Linux Suse and I want to install it, I have many partition s on my hardrive. I know during installation i can edit my partitions, but i would like to do it using Partion Magic in Windows.
What kind of partion do i create though? Linux Ext2, Linux Ext3, Linux Swap? |

Personally, and would create (shown as the mount point names): #1 is the system itself #2 is the work area which will prevent / from filling-up (a big mistake) #3 is your user(s) home directories You might consider a #4 as /usr/local if you will be building software |

re dos mode :: this is the command line interface. you need to enable/configure
the X11 graphics, eg KDE. see this ref |
