Hey everyone. My computer is completely bogging down and I think it has to do with this. I've ran so many anti-virus programs and they all come up with this: Backdoor.IRCBot.se - which I cannot remove for some reason. I always get error messages when trying to quarantine/delete this thing. Can anyone recommend a program that can get rid of this? Thank you. I've attached a log from Ewido anti-spyware.

Boot into safe mode. See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial61.html

Turn off system restore.(XP/ME only) See how HERE. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/tutorial56.html

Run a full system scan with your antivirus programme and delete whatever is found.

Reboot into normal mode and turn system restore back on.

Then, go HERE and follow the instructions exactly.

Post a fresh HJT log as a .txt attachment into this thread, only after doing the above.
