Can anyone help with this BSOD

Im running a hp machine with XP pro on it and when ever I shut it down I get a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA BSOD. I have checked on microsoft but they have nothing on it. I have attached the mini dump files aswell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers
Gary

All your crashes are caused by "symevent.sys." This is part of Symantec's Software. I would recommend removing this program, and installing a free alternative like Avast or AVG.
