The X1300 is the best for PCI but it is also very expensive and quite limited by the small bandwidth of PCI. So price vs performance, the 6200 is the best buy.

Not PCI Express or PCI-E, look for a PCI card. The BFG Technologies 3DFuzion 6200 PCI is what you're looking for.

Those are PCIe X16, you want, simply, PCI (aka PCI 2.0). If you live in the U.S., this would be the correct form. Note that it's the only PCI 6-Series card they have.

I don't know really, but I don't think there should be any major problems. That Dell should come with at least a 300W PSU.

Ahhh it means i have no other choice, im helpless, the only way out is to buy a diamond viper woth like 120 a waste of money,
and it said 3000w not even 300w, can it be a mistake on that site?
I will call them up to see if its a mistake.

3000W? That would be a server or something, but even then, I don't know of a server that uses 3kW of power on it's own?! There's probably a mistake on the site.
I looked at ur PC on Dell's site and it has a 230W PSU, so you will need a new one. But sadly, you'll have to cut away part of the casing at the back to allow a third-party PSU to fit into the case, since the one provided by Dell is proprietary. But if you can afford it, this PSU is made for ur PC specifically by PC Power & Cooling Inc. and you won't need to cut anything at all. And I don't think you need to get the X1300, since the 6200 PCI is cheaper from a performance vs. price standpoint.

Hey.
Well if i get Diamond viper raedon x1300 will it run on my pc, i searched dell forums it says 230 watts is fine for a pci card, when i checked the visiontek site i found out that for x1300 250watt or higher is recommended, so will it work even if i dont upgrade my powersupply?

If u run highly demanding games like FEAR or Oblivion, they will pull more power from the PSU so it wouldn't be enough for that. That being said, I'd prefer having more power than I need, rather than having less.

That's a PCI-E x1 card. It would be physically impossible to fit it into a PCI slot.

Well the Dell Dimension E310 has two PCI slots and 1 PCI Express X1 slots. If its available, using the PCI E X1 is preferable IMHO, but cards that support this standard are limited, hard to find, and expensive.
